ScopeLock (“we”) provides a browser-based change-order document preparation tool.

What we collect

Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Unlock cookie: a signed session cookie confirming purchase (no account required).
Drafts: saved in your browser localStorage unless you clear site data. Draft content is not uploaded to our servers by default.
Basic analytics (if enabled): page views and checkout events (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible).
Support email: whatever you send to our contact address.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your change-order text to train public AI models.

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting). Optional later: email provider for support replies.

Unlock cookies expire after about 400 days. Stripe retains payment records as required for accounting and disputes.
